Most customers look you up before they know you.
Google Business Profile, map placement, reviews, photos, opening hours. The foundation — without it even the best website stays empty.
What goes wrong
- Never maintainedYour listing exists but nobody has ever maintained it.
- Wrong hoursThe opening hours are wrong — people stand in front of a locked door.
- Blurry photosThere are three photos, all from guests, all blurry.
- No repliesNobody replies to reviews.
- Search in your town
- Your profile
- Map
- Results list
- Customer at the door
A maintained profile shows up twice: on the map and in the list. Both routes end at the same door.
What changes
Map placement
You appear when someone searches nearby.
First impression
Good photos, correct hours, clear details.
Reviews
A way to actively ask for reviews — and replies to them.
Connected
Profile and website point at each other.
- Week 1Clean up
Claim or create the profile, correct every detail, set categories and services properly.
- Week 2Fill in
Photos, description, services, questions and answers — everything Google wants to see.
- OngoingMaintain
Posts, holiday hours, replies to reviews.
- MonthlyReport
You see how often you appeared, how often people called and opened directions.
The other results stay deliberately unreadable here — this isn't about pushing anyone out, it's about appearing at all when someone searches nearby.
- Give me access to the profile or verify the business
- Send the photos you have — unedited is fine
- Tell me what you want to say in review replies
- Set the profile up completely and keep it current
- Prepare the photos and upload them
- Write posts and replies and send you one page a month
- Setting up or claiming the Google profile
- All details, categories and services
- Photos prepared and uploaded
- Ongoing posts and upkeep
- Replies to reviews
- A one-page monthly report
Ongoing care from 100 € a month. One-off setup and clean-up is also available as a single job.
Book a callOngoing Google profile care: hours, photos, posts, reviews — maintained every month instead of set up once and forgotten.
Isn't the website enough on its own?
No. For local searches Google shows the map first and websites below it. If you're not on the map you get found far less often.
How long until I notice something?
First movement usually after two to four weeks. Reviews and map position take longer — it's upkeep, not a switch.
Can't I do this myself?
In principle yes. Most people do it for two weeks and then never again — that's exactly where it fails.
